This is inevitable, hope you understand, any organization must also have specific laws that you must follow.
1. USER ACCOUNT
1.1 All members from any Country are welcomed to join.

1.3 You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account per household or IP.
1.4 Transfer, sell, share of your account to or with other users is prohibited.

1.6 If you do not log in for more than 30 days your account will be marked as inactive and it might get suspended due to inactivity.You can request for a reactivation but in that case your account balance will reset. If your account remains suspended due to inactivity for more than 45 days your account will reset and after that it might get deleted as well.
1.7 We do not share your information with other person and parties.
1.8 Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by yougetmoney.net. No Minimum Payout be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
1.9 Refering direct referrals, buying direct referrals, and renting rented referrals are your sole decision. yougetmoney.net do not guarantee their activity. The amount of direct referrals and rented referrals is limited based on the membership.
2. REFERRALS
2.1. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
2.2. You must not send unsolicited emails or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.3. You can only rent referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership. Having more referrals than the allowed amount will result in the deactivation of the earnings from all referrals.
2.4. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly if you have met the click requirements for the previous day.
2.5. The amount of referrals is limited based on the referrers membership. The users can see the limit in the referrals listing page.
2.6. You will receive money when your referrals click on all advertisements except for ads in the yougetmoney.net ads section.

2.7. Auto recycle only recycles referrals that have not made a click since the date you rented them.
2.8. The promotion of your referral link through a wix page is not allowed and can result in account termination.

2.10. We reserve the right to ask members to promote through referral links only when we think promotions may be suspicious or we can not determine the quality of the traffic being sent.
3. FORUM, CHAT AND GENERAL USERS BEHAVIOR
3.1. You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.
3.2. Any implication of racism, sexism or abusive comments will never be tolerated and will lead to suspension of forum use as well as permanent account suspension. yougetmoney.net will not tolerate any disrespectful attitudes, insults, and meaningless inflammatory posts towards either the members of yougetmoney.net or yougetmoney.net staff/ associates.
3.3. You will always have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
3.4. Such actions for the purpose of publicity, provocation, attempts to get referrals, money offers / exchange/ money requests and the offer or request of 3ervices are not allowed on yougetmoney.net. Spamming the forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated posts/topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links is also not allowed.
3.5. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against yougetmoney.net and / or yougetmoney.net staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
3.6. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to yougetmoney.net, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.

4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
4.2.yougetmoney.net will be monitoring all hacking attempts and may take legal action in respond.
4.3. Using any sort of programs that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you is strictly prohibited and will face a proper action.
4.4. Any attempts of piracy and/ or unlawful act will lead to account suspension immediately.

5. PAYMENT TO USERS.
5.1. All payments will be made From 12 Hours To 24 Hours Via All Payments.
5.2. If you make the deposit by Email you must withdrawal by same Email ( for safety your account ).
5.3. The minimum amount paid is $2.00 , a fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.
5.4. The maximum withdraw per day Unlimited .
5.5. We usually send Payments instantly or in less than one hour, however in special cases (technical difficulties) it may take maximum of 24 hours.
5.6. Your payment processor must be verified.
5.7. Users full name is required for the payment processing.
6. PAYMENTS TO yougetmoney.net
6.1. Payments made to yougetmoney.net do not need to be made from a verified payment processor account, with the exception of PayPal. All payments made through PayPal must be made from verified accounts. If the PayPal account is not verified, the payment will be denied and the amount refunded to you.
6.2. All payments are refundable in 7 days.
6.3 Payments are automatic. We use verified and business accounts everywhere.
6.4. However payments can be manual, if there are some technical or payment processors issues. In this case you should open support ticket and transaction will be visible in max 12 hours.
7. REFUND POLICY
All payments are refundable in 3 days.
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
8.1. yougetmoney.net have the right to suspend any account at any time for a valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service. Moreover, any misuse of Upgrade bonus rewards will lead to the reversals of bonus rewards. Members are not allowed to offer cashbacks to the ones who have no genuine interest in becoming a member. If detected, these members will be removed from their uplines.
8.2. Once an account is temporarily suspended, all the balances will be reset, and after permanant suspension all the referrals will be removed and no refunds will be given.
8.3. Suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same name, username or email addresses.
8.4. After 10 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.
8.5. We wont delete users accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended. Any owner of the suspended account due to inactivity will need to open or request a new account.

9. LIABILITY
9.1. We are not responsible for any losses or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
9.2. Aquinads Reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time, and changes are sent to you by Email, and publishing in the Forum.
9.3. Aquinads is not a investment program nor is it a get rich scheme.
